3 Ingredient Cookie Crisps

3 Ingredient Cookie Crisps 1 box Ritz crackers (you will need approximately 40) 12 ounces white chocolate chips or white candy melts (approximately 1 package) Sprinkles Step 1: Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave, on 50% power, stirring often, until smooth. Step 2: Dip each cracker in the melted chocolate, covering completely. Step 3: Place the coated cracker on wax paper, and cover with sprinkles. Step 4: When all the crackers are coated and sprinkled, place the wax paper in the refrigerator for an hour to allow the white chocolate to harden.
